Machined form 6061-T6 billet aluminum, this adaptor is used to install a Weber 2V carb on a SMALL LOG cylinder head with a 1.5" carb bore. The adaptor includes a custom billet insert, which improves air flow and horse power, and two stainless steel Allen head cap screws for mounting (carb studs and spacers are optonal). These adapters offer improved hood clearance due to theeir slim design, and orient the carb parallel to the crankshaft for improved fuel distribution. Gaskets not included. No machining required.

In the photos, you can see how the insert slips into the adaptor after the adaptor is mounted to the manifold using the stainless steel Allen head cap screws. As such the insert not only funnels the air into the carb bore, it also conceals the Allen head screws to improve airflow and horsepower.
